Forest Pond: Blue-headed Vireo and probable Orange-crowned Warbler (still trying to confirm the warbler). Both first seen flying in the reeds near east end of pond. Last seen in a private yard opposite the beach at east end of pond. Also seen were several chickadees, 3 juncos and 5 Red Crossbills.
Race Track: 30 White-winged Crossbills; 3 Golden-crowned Kinglet; Song Sparrow; juncos, mixed chickadees and 1 White-throated Sparrow.
Drove home via Cape Spear and saw 25 White-winged Crossbills in Blackhead.
