I went to Bowring Park lunch time and found a Yellow-breasted Chat. It's very likely the bright yellow bird that Mike Parmenter saw a few days ago. If you park on the West parking lot take the trail on the left. You will see a dark green garbage bin on your left and farther up a bright, lime-green garbage bin. Look in the trees behind the lime-green garbage bin and you will find a blue suet feeder. It was in the vicinity of the suet feeder. There are a few backyards across the river that would also be good places for it to rest during the day.
Other birds of note were the 2 Wood Ducks and 3 DC Cormorants.

Chat was seen again this morning around 10am. It appeared only briefly but long enough for quick looks and a photo. It was in the same area of the feeder and lime green garbage can as described by others. Mike P. had originally seen a 'yellow' bird in this area. Mike was also the first to see it again this morning.

I saw the Chat briefly around 3pm this afternoon before it flew towards the river. Lots of activity around the feeder this afternoon including; Juncos, Chickadees, squirrels, woodpeckers (Downy and Hairy), Blue Jays, and one Brown Creeper). Not a great picture of Creeper at https://www.flickr.com/photos/151158617@N06/27932049989/in/datetaken-public/

It took me four days of trying, but I finally bagged a usable image of the Yellow-breasted Chat at Bowring Park this morning (Wednesday) at around 11:30. It had showed up about a half hour prior, while Derek and I were hanging around the lime green trash can and feeder area, where it has been spotted by others, but flew off before either of us could grab a good image of it. It began to snow, and Derek went home, while I stayed around for a little longer...
