Several of the Mourning Doves in my yard were singing (cooing) this morning. T Evening Grosbeaks and juncos are plentiful, and over the weekend a flock of 30+ goldfinch arrived at the feeder. I work for seed money.

Morning Doves: The song (or "perch-coo") is given mainly by unmated males from a conspicuous perch. It's a soft coo-oo followed by two or three louder coos.
