On 5/21/19 at 12:08 pm, Sgt. Michael Monaco was in the area of the Speedway
gas station on Water St. when he observed a white male, (later identifed as
Robert A. Davis, age 36, of Dover, NJ), crossing the highway in an
area without a designated crosswalk. Subsequently, a check determined that Davis had two active warrants for his arrest. A $2500 warrant out
of Roxbury Municipal Court and a $1500 warrant out of Jefferson Municipal Court.
Further investigation revealed that Davis also had a small amount of marijuana and a smoking pipe in his possession.
As a result, Davis was charged with the following:
N.J.S. 2C:35-10a(4) Possession of C.D.S. (Less than 50 grams of Marijuana) (Disorderly Persons)
N.J.S. 2C:36-2 Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Pipe)
After processing, Davis was turned over to Roxbury Police Department and lodged in the Morris County Jail in default of bail.
