On 5/31/2019 at 9:22a.m., Ptl. Edward Sperling stopped a vehicle on Water Street for an obstructed view violation.

 

Subsequent investigation resulted in a small amount of marijuana being found within the vehicle along with a brown wooden one hitter kit.

 

As a result, the driver of the vehicle, Fred Quayle Jr, age 38, of Andover, NJ was arrested and charged with the following offenses:

N.J.S. 2C:35-10.A(4)    Possession of C.D.S.  – under 50 grams (Disorderly Persons)

N.J.S. 2C:36-2              Possession of Drug Paraphernalia  (Disorderly Persons)

 

Quayle was also issued two motor vehicle summonses for:

39:3-74       View Obstruction

39:4-49.1    C.D.S. in a motor vehicle.

 

 He was released pending a 6/25/19 court appearance.
