Death Investigation

At 10:40 PM last night 4/5/2019, Officers responded to 144 Spring Street (the Waldmere hotel) for a report of a female who had fallen approximately 30 feet from a window.  The female was transported to the Newton Medical Center by emergency responders but later died as a result of injuries from the fall.  She was a 19-year-old resident of Byram Twp.  The circumstances of the fall from the building are under active investigation.
