A blue 3 wheeled ”Buddy” jogging type baby stroller was found at Memory Park after Newton Day on Saturday 6/11/16. It has a handbrake and a non-swivel front wheel. The owner can retrieve the stroller at the Newton Police Department 39 Trinity Street, Newton NJ 07860.Tel. (973) 383-2525
