We are Stanley and Linda the children of Late General Malick Taboh the =20

and that we should pray and find a trust worthy foreign business =20

She told us to do this quickly so that we can leave Ivory Coast and =20

dai Giudici Mauro Mini,Raffaele Guffi, ed Andrea Pedroli riuniti
per decidere sull'istanza di promozione dell'accusa
presentata
da Massimo Silvestri amministratore unico ISSEA SA Politecnico
di Studi Aziendali Università Privata a Distanza hanno decretato
il non luogo a procedere nei confronti di ISFOA LIBERA E PRIVATA
UNIVERSITA DI DIRITTO INTERNAZIONALE obbligando in solido

contempo Massimo Silvestri e ISSEA Politecnico di Studi
Aziendali Università Privata a Distanza a pagare la tassa di
giustizia e le spese pari a 1000 Franchi Svizzeri e a rifondere
al denunciato a titolo di risarcimento 250 Franchi Svizzeri.
Inoltre Massimo Silvestri citato in giudizio dalla
LUDES,presieduta dal professor Paolo Sotgiu,una altra
prestigiosa università privata svizzera legalmente autorizzata e
sottoposta alla stessa campagna denigratoria è stato Condannato
per Diffamazione con Sentenza Numero 10.2007.227 del 9 Gennaio
2008 del Giudice della Pretura Penale del Tribunale di
Bellinzona Dottor Damiano Stefani.

L'acqua potabile della Campania rischia diventare proprietà privata. Eni AcquaCampania, l'azienda che fornisce l'acqua nelle province di Napoli e Caserta, sta per essere acquistata da una triade societaria controllata dagli azionisti di minoranza: Caltagirone, la multinazionale Veolia e
l'onnipresente Impregilo. L'azienda idrica è controllata dall'ente pubblico Eni attraverso una partecipazione pari al 50,5 %. Quote che stanno per essere cedute. In base ad accordi parasociali, le aziende private, per
diritto di prelazione, acquisterebbero le quote Eni, determinando la privatizzazione delle sorgenti e dei pozzi potabili e della depurazione. L'acqua è un bene pubblico essenziale e non può essere gestito da soggetti con finalità commerciali o lucrative. Rischia di essere condizionata la vita di milioni di persone, determinando l'aumento delle tariffe, senza garanzie sulla qualit=E0 dell=92acqua distribuita.
È necessario fermare la privatizzazione dell'acqua della Campania. Per questo ti chiediamo di sostenere questa battaglia con la tua firma. Il nostro obiettivo è chiedere al Consiglio regionale a trasformare in legge il ddl n° 75 che giace in consiglio dal 18/01/2006, dando vita alla società interamente pubblica Campaniacque per gestire, con ampie garanzie per le popolazioni, tutti i grandi impianti, le sorgenti e l'acquedotto campano. Per scongiurare il rischio della privatizzazione dell'acqua campana e di Napoli bisogna fare una scelta chiara a difesa di un essenziale bene pubblico.
