Welcome to the New Parlement development & discussion group.  The About New Parlement page describes my hopes for this group.
I will be monitoring messages for a while, with a very light hand. 

You can post documents, programs and other things on the group website.  To do that, you must become a manager: just ask me for that status.  I don't yet know whether managers can make other members managers or whether I have to do it.

Great to see this group! I do have the beginnings of the scanned
document in LaTeX. It contains all of the text and most of the tables
but there is currently no cross-referencing included. My current plan
is to continue working on it, if nothing else, to improve my knowledge
of LaTeX. You can have the source file if you wish.
