Dear Directors/Co-Directors,
Attached is the official Hillcrest Tutoring Sign in Sheet. Please make copies as needed. You may start using this system next week.
Hillcrest Tutoring Procedure:
Teachers are required to submit a separate sheet for every day they tutor. They should complete ALL items on top, (including Day or After School tutoring). They should ensure students complete ALL items legibly. Students must also sign their names in last column. In the event a teacher has no students during a tutoring session, teacher must complete top of sheet and write “NO STUDENTS” across page.
Directors are required to collect sheets from all of their teachers, ensure they are correctly & completely filled out, and then place in a folder in my mailbox at the end of every week.
I will create a Google Doc and enter this information. This online Document will be available to be viewed by the staff.
