I am intererested in looking for circuits of repeating or similar topology in the optical lobe (OL). I need to initially visualize the OL all at once. Can anyone suggest how I and do this?

Hi Alexander, If you just need to visualize neuropils, you can select those brain regions of your interest in the skeleton viewer. Look for the pull-down selection on the top right corner of the viewer. You should see ME, LO, etc.
