I have recently bought Reactor. How can I get support? Is there someone after the support email at eziriz?

Is this forum working?

This forum works and users and people from Eziriz both monitor things and help out.  You can also email them at sup...@eziriz.com to get help.  They are located in Germany I think so getting an answer might take some time based on where you live and when you send it.  I have always got good help from them.

Hi Steve,
Listen, as I said, something is going wrong with Eziriz (and sure, no
matter where do you live an email takes seconds to arrive).

I have written many times in the last 10 days (also from the web
form), and still not received any kind of response from
sup...@eziriz.com. Not a sign of existance. I really want to know if
I lost my money when I bought NetReactor, but mostly if I lost so many
of my time integrating it with my software. And if I need now to
switch to another solution. Etc.

That's it.

Thank you for your help,
gsa

PS. BTW, I've also searched in the german telephone guide and was
unable to find any form of contact; I'm sorry to say this: if in a
reasonable number of days I don't get in touch with them, I'll
certainly post in EVERY site I know about this story.

There have been periods where the .Net Reactor team have been unavailable/dark before - all of them false alarms - I posted about this a few times on my blog:

http://blog.bittercoder.com/CategoryView,category,.Net%2BReactor.aspx

Some users also had issues with emails being silently blocked by the support email address, which led to them to believe the .Net reactor team was unavailable.

I would suggest emailing your questions here and seeing if the .Net reactor user community can assist.  You could also try directly messaging MrBurns104 (who is Denis Mierzwiak, .Net Reactor Author) and seeing if you get a response that way.

Cheers,

Alex,
in my opinion it's not right if REGISTERED customers have to go all
the internet around searching for help, because them request support
mails "silently go" into the trash can of the guy who has been paid
for this.

I find this unacceptable. We are professional here. We need to be
confident about the fact that in the future we'll not be alone with a
software and its bugs.

I' asking my money back to eziriz.

Cheers,
gsa

I was not suggesting it was right (or wrong) - it's just the way it seems to be, and I know in the past Eziriz were not aware of one customers attempts to contact them for support, because they never received any of the emails (which was partly why I set up this google group in the first place).

Hopefully you can get a hold of the Eziriz team shortly - I suspect if you can't get them for support, you may not be able to get hold of them for a refund either.  Normally they're quite prompt so I would expect some kind of extenuating circumstances if they're unable to respond to customer requests.

Cheers,

Given that I am having issues getting a response from them and it has been days I would say this is a pattern for this company.

If anyone has heard from the .Net Reactor team please let me know cause I cant reach them.

I feel like a fool - they just responded.
