Katana hosts and AppFunc

I'd like to see the katana hosts advertise that they support an AppFunc up front and in a discoverable way. Knowing that one can do appBuilder.Use(anAppFunc) is a bit of magic only us on the inside know about :)

If you agree or disagree, weigh in now. I have a suspicion that katana v3.0 may be the last major release...
