Please ignore these - we had a spammer who used an annoyingly crafted message that confuses Google Groups.

I removed the spam but Google Groups thought that the spam came from itself so sent the group, not individuals, a reject message - those on email delivery would have seen this. Read it carefully and you'll see its not a reject for you - its just another group message...

I did as well; I imagine many did, probably a misconfiguration or something somewhere. I'm not going to worry about it :)
