What to add/change to my nixie tube clock design?

Hi everyone,
This is my first post here, in this nixie-tube community, so don't take it with a grain of salt please :)
I've been crafting hand-made clocks since early 2014, and nowadays, I use this design. Can you please advice me what to add/change? This is my last design. Earlier I used this one. Which one do you like more?
