Neo4j 2.1.8 and 2.2

Can someone paste me a download link for the version 2.1.8 and 2.2 of neo4j server for linux ubuntu? 

I want them in .tar file type.

It is not available now on the official website, you can upgrade it to higher versions, those are interesting.
