whenever i tried to start neo4j service in my ubuntu the below message genarates

WARNING! You are using an unsupported Java runtime. Please use Oracle(R) Java(TM) Runtime Environment 6.
Starting Neo4j Server...process [6093]... waiting for server to be ready.. Failed to start within 120 seconds.
Neo4j Server may have failed to start, please check the logs.

what to do?Please help me.

can you try to look at the contents of /data/graph.db/message.log?

Also, try to start the server with

neo4j console

to get some more output on the terminal.
