count of relationship between nodes with labels (and without knowing nodename)

Hi friends,

I am working with 2 labels named SourceIP and DestinationIP with relationship 'has_destnip'. And  each relationship has property of timestamp.Most of the cases 2 nodes may be connected multiple times with different timestamp.And I would like to know the count of relationship between all nodes (no of relationship between nodes) without knowing nodes name. Because I have only know the label name.
