How to create another database in neo4j Community Edition ?

Hi All,

I have install neo4j Community Edition (3.2.*) in Ubuntu.

I am missing /var/lib/neo4j/config folder in ubuntu, so missing neo4j-server.property file. Is the file is restricted in community edition of neo4j.

Please anyone help me to come out a solution.
