Best tool to migrate data from Oracle to Neo4J

Dear Experts,

I am new to Neo4J. I want to migrate data from Oracle to Neo4j without exporting to CSV manually.  I am using Neo4J 3.2.3 .

Can you please help me out in finding best tool to migrate data from Oracle to Neo4J without prerequsite of exporting data manually into CSV .
