Hello guys,

I'm  a graduate student from University of Georgia working on a Graph Pattern Matching project.

Can anyone please explain how does Cypher perform the Graph Pattern Matching?

I'm interested in knowing what concepts (SubGraph Isomorphism or Graph Simulation etc etc ..)  does Cypher use to perform the task..?

Thanks for your help.

-Satya.

I guess if the developers don't have so much time, just look into the
code at https://github.com/neo4j/neo4j/tree/master/community/cypher ?

Good luck Satya!

Hello sathya.
This is Lokesh from India.
I am doing my M.Sc Maths with Computer Science here,
As a part of my M.Sc dissertation, I choose  topic "graph pattern matching problem"
can you tell me how to explore in this topic?
Recently I have gone through some of the papers regarding Graph matching like efficient subgraph matching using constraint programming with all different constraints.
I this our topic aligned with each other's.
my email id is lokes...@gmail.com
You can mail me as soon as you see this message, then we will see how to further in this topic.
