Using a batch importer tool tom import csv into neo4j "shift: can't shift that many"

Hi

I am trying to import GB of CSV file into neo4j database. for this I am using a tool called batch importer

It uses two csv files nodes.csv(1.77 GB) and rels.csv(1.58GB)
when I run the import it says
"shift: can't shift that many"

Anyone have any idea about how to import large data to neo4j.
