Oakland Repair Fair 5/17- seeking fixers

Hi Repair Cafe Fixers,

 

There's an awesome event in Oakland on Sunday, May 17 from 1 pm to 4 pm.  The Sustainable Business Alliance is putting on a Repair Fair highlighting local businesses in Oakland that do repair (flyer attached).  They're also having a Fixit Clinic Repair Area (billed as "guided disassembly") at the event, but are still looking for fixers to assist.  

 

If you're able and willing to fix (or guide disassembly) or know folks in the east bay that can help out please contact Jamie Facciola at Jamie...@gmail.com.  Jamie is great inspiration and has some great ideas about how to bring repair back into the limelight!
