USB Device access using Native Client

[Sorry about the late response]

Pepper (the API used by NaCl apps to communicate with the browser) does not currently support USB access. There is work going on to make this happen, but it's not ready yet. In the mean time, you can leverage JS<->NaCl interoperability and access the device from JS with the USB API (http://developer.chrome.com/apps/usb.html).
