Communication between ARC Android App and Chrome App

Hi,

  I'm looking at the ARC javascript code and find that there's a file: chrome_app_messaging.js. The comment said: 'Route messages between an ARC App and other Chrome Apps'. Does this mean that Android App in ARC can communicate with other Chrome App and how? If not, is there a way to send message out of ARC in Android App?
