Desktop capture with nacl

I am developing a screen recorder using NaCl and ffmpeg

Is there any flag for chrome that allows screen capture?

If not I am using the built-in media device , is this format matches desktop format

It looks like you can use the chrome.desktopCapture API in an extension.

Yes, I managed to do it now I can record the screen. next step is to encode audio and mux them together
