PP_ERROR_MESSAGE_TOO_BIG. How big is "too big"?

I use the UDPSocket.SendTo with a big buffer and get that error message.

What is the max buffer size? I searched the Chromium source code and didn't any obvious answers.

Could you please advise me of that limit?
