TOOLCHAIN=emscripten doesn't work anymore

Using pepper_49 with pepper.js to build the examples, I got the fatal error immediately because of 'stdio.h' file not found.

I notice the last update of the pepper.js was two years ago.

Could you please let me know if it is supposed to work with pepper_49?

It would be very useful to include emscripten tool chain in the official NaCl release. I think the emscripten is mature enough to expand the NaCl apps beyond the Chrome browser.
