0xHEX is not a valid instance ID

Hi,

When reloading a page, (even for the one given in examples), in the console I am getting not a valid instance ID. As per what I understand when the module is reloaded then this error is coming. I have tried googling it but nothing concrete came up.

I am using pepper 39, and have attached the example code also.
