BUG - Right Click Start/Due Date Selection

Hi Andrey,

I thought I would get around to raising a long standing annoyance.

In the right click menu for the start and due date columns (where
there is no existing start or due date) the selection made DOES NOT
observe the "Lock period" switch in Task Properties. Put another way,
if I have "Lock period" ticked I would expect a start/due date chosen
via right click to apply to both start AND due dates (as happens if
ticking the start/due check boxes in Task Properties\Timing &
Reminder).

Not sure if this is a bug or a logical inconsistency. Either way it's
a bit frustrating as I keep forgetting this behaviour and discover by
accident that I'm not seeing tasks dated this way in my To Do view
filtered on Due Date.

Strangely, when amending an already existing date via right click the
"Lock period" setting IS correctly observed. So perhaps it is a bug?
