Draft Right to Information Law

The draft law (attached) was passed by the lower House in February 2016 (i.e. Prior to the NLD taking office). If anyone has further information about who drafted it in government, and what the status is now, it would be helpful.

If anyone would like to add any comments or suggestions for action on this law, please do so via this group and it will be forwarded to the Working Group on RtI that the Centre for Law and Democracy has helped establish.
