Some old Pick{like} source code..

Came across some old source files, a number (most?) from R83 days. Rather than just delete the files, I've put them in a GitHub repository: https://github.com/stope19/PickStuff

Some has been uploaded to other repositories already, but I've lumped it all up into one spot. For anyone wondering "why not put it in existing repository 'X' or 'Y'?" the answer is that I don't have commit rights to some, and am not sure of the status of others. Easier to create my own, and maintain as I wish. It's all 'public domain', and if it helps anyone in any small way - then great. Will add any other files I come across in my travels through old media/disks. Mostly Basic, some ASM, one C# project.
