Common use case: send and refile

Dear all.

In my daily workflow I found myself repeating many times this usecase.
1. read a mail
2. reply to it
3. send the reply
4. (after sent) close the original mail
5. refile it (99% is archive).

So instead of [send], it could be a [send and archive] or [send and refile].

How many of you do the same sequence?

If it is your case too, maybe such a function could be a great candidate to shortcutization... ;)
