Error in process filter

I occasionally get this error when replying to a message with mu4e:

error in process filter: mu4e-error-handler: Error 70: source still there (/Users/rduncan/Maildir/cur/1474578938.28286_5.LUS-RDUNCAN5,U=13603:2,FRS)

What does it mean? Is it something I should fix?

Hi Rob-

I just installed offlineimap and indexed. Now when I start emacs24 gtk I get error in process filter and can't see the messages in the folder.

I am interested to hear more about this error too. I must have missed a step.
