Open orgmode links in split view and message view only

Hi all,

like many others here I store links to messages in orgmode and organize
them in my personal org files. When I open a link to a message, I would
like to behave mu4e like this: Split window to the right and open the
link *only* in message view.

I configured mu4e in split view - headers left | message right. At the
moment mu4e opens in a new frame with headers view enabled and message
right.

How can I configure this?
