Yesterday I noticed that when viewing emails with text attachments
(attached as proper MIME attachments) I see the attachment inline. Is
there some way to prevent that?

We show some things inline that are technically attachments, such as
images. And since quite recently, patches/diffs.

Is there some specific case where that would inappropriate?

Kind regards,
Dirk.

Well, this was mostly a request that came out of how I attached files to
emails. I put the attachment at the top of the text (being used to the
UI of mutt caused that I'm afraid). This caused the text attachment to
show up before the actual email text. I suppose I'll just have to
relearn and remember to jump to the end of the message before attaching
files...

Ah, so I suppose we could improve things always listening the body part
first and any other text parts after that? Feel free to open an issue
for that, seems like something we could do.
