scroll-up

There's something that's bugging me. I have scroll-margin set to 5,
since I always want some margin when scrolling.

When I scroll through a message view by pressing <ret>, at the end of
the message, the view jumps back exactly by scroll-margin lines.

I looked at the implementation of mu4e-scroll-up, and indeed all it does
is use (scroll-up 1), so I guess this is a bug in emacs24 itself.

Does anybody else have this behavior? For those audacious that have 25
at hand, could you try to set scroll-margin and see if the bug is still
there?
