Push git folders to TFS HowTo

Hi! Yesterday I started to learn git gui on windows. I have a few questions. I have Windows 7 x64, MS VS 2015 with the latest TFS containing team projects (for example, project A and project B). Then I cloned folders of the project A to git gui repository with its changeset history. At last, I'd like to move git files with chageset history of the project A to project B (TFS)? Is it possible? If there is no any opportunities to perform it, please, give me advise how to do it.
