Where to insert the "lang" atrribute in Magento?

Hi,
 I've installed the extension - -all okay but I dont understand where to put the "lang" attribue in Magento?

  According to ur instructions,
  1. Remove the "lang" attribute from the html opening tag so that it looks as follows:
    2. <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"  version="XHTML+RDFa 1.0"  xml:lang="<?php echo $this->getLang() ?>">

    , I cant seem to find html opening tag in Magento?
