MQTT and concurrent connections from Publisher

Hello All,
I'm using MQTT protocol lately  using Mosquitto broker But I usually using concurrent connections from user "Want to create 20000 publisher with concurrent connection" 

but in configuration file there said it is infinity client connections but when I make Test I found the max client Created is 1018 Concurrent client connections 

and when searching they tell me you must increasing the socket file for each port that is max by default 1024 

and I using Redhat 6 OS

Can any one help in my problem?
