Setup local mqtt broker

Hai All,

I have a server. I am building an IoT app that sends sensor data through mqtt. I dont want a third party mqtt broker. I want to make data directly come to my server i.e I want a mqtt broker always running in my server. This server should collect data and store in its database. How I can make my server as my application own mqtt broker.

Please help me. Thanks in advance.

You could host mosquitto on your server - unless, you are looking to build a broker from scratch. Link: https://www.eclipse.org/mosquitto/
