[ANN] bugzilla-dev.allizom.org outage announcement - May 4th, 2016, 2-3:00pm EDT (6-7:00pm UTC)

Today, May 4th, 2016, from 2:00pm EDT (6:00pm UTC) for approximately 1 hour, bugzilla-dev.allizom.org will be down for use by the BMO developers. We will be testing an UTC changeover that we hope to also do on production in the coming weeks if successful. bugzilla-dev.allizom.org will be unavailable during this outage window. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Status: This is taking much longer to finish than anticipated due to bugzilla-dev.allizom.org being underpowered, etc. Will let everyone know when it is back up.

This is now complete and so far seems successful. Please let me know if you see any issues when testing against bugzilla-dev.allizom.org.
