BMO SSL certificate updated

BMO got a new, SHA-2 certificate today[1]. This is worth mentioning
because it may break Bugzilla-related hg commands like qimport with a
"certificate for bugzilla.mozilla.org has unexpected fingerprint" error.
You'll have to update the [host fingerprints] section of your hgrc file
appropriately.
