The message displayed is "You do not have the MetaFrame Presentation

In IE, once the client is installed, it no longer displays the above
message.
Is this a known bug that it is not recognizing that the Citrix client
as already installed?
Barbara
Its possible that it only works for IE and no others. You may have to
contact Citrix and ask them if it works for FF and if so, how

Time for a change
Gw,
Citrix works just fine in FF 1.5 (Windows XP SP2). It's only that
one message that seems to be off.
I'll see if I can find a support contact at Citrix to check also.
Barbara
My wife also uses Citrix to access her work system, and it works fine
with Firefox as you say.
I think I remember seeing that message, and I'll watch out for it next
time she uses Citrix when I'm around - I think you can just ignore it,
especially if it works alright as it is :-)

Herb,
I found this at http://helpdesk.its.uiowa.edu/citrix/instructions/faq.htm
>> Can I use Mozilla Firefox to connect to the Citrix Web Interface?
<Yes. The only issue is that the Message Center section of the Web
Interface will report that you have not yet installed the Citrix Web
Client, even though it is installed and functional. While the Web
Interface is fully functional within Firefox, the browser is not able to
check to see if the client is already installed properly.>
I guess I'll just not worry about it.
