I got bugzilla 2.22.2 installed on my RHEL4 server and everything seemed to
going well, but now I am getting an internal server error when trying to
load the "index.cgi" page. I looked at the apache error logs and got the
following:

[Wed Mar 14 09:15:06 2007] [error] [client 140.183.86.48] Can't find param
named user_verify_class at Bugzilla/Config.pm line 180.

[Wed Mar 14 09:15:06 2007] [error] [client 140.183.86.48] Premature end of
script headers: index.cgi

I did some google searches which kept turning up refferences to having used
LDAP incorrectly...but I am not using LDAP. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

That looks like you didn't run checksetup.pl, or you need to
again.

Hrm, this looks like a RHEL or Fedora server? Maybe it's
SELinux.

Go to the directory above and do:

restorecon -Rv bugzilla-2.22.2

Tried that...it is RHEL AS4 and SELinux is running, but that did not fix the
problem...still getting the same error in the httpd log.

Just so you know, the error you're seeing in the log has
nothing to do with any problem you're experiencing.

What exactly is the problem, again, by the way?

Oh, wait, nevermind. :-) I forgot which thread this was. :-)

The error means that something is wrong with your data/params
file, or Apache's ability to access it, so you'll have to work that out.
