Change of owner for Tree Sheriffs module

Hi all!
I'm the current owner of the Tree Sheriffs module:

However I moved to the Treeherder team in Q3 2014 and therefore have not
been sheriffing myself since then. As such, I nominate Ryan VanderMeulen to
be promoted from Tree Sheriffs peer to replacing me as owner. Ryan has been
a Mozilla tree sheriff for several years now, a peer since the module was
first created & has been owning many of the day to day decisions and tasks
since I moved to the Treeherder team.
The proposal was emailed to the dev.tree-management list in February [1],
and there have been no objections.
