So FHR has shown up in Firefox 21.0a1 aka Nightly and appears to be
enabled by default.

It is easily disabled by selecting Help > Nightly Health Report, and
activating the Turn Off Reporting button, or in Tools > Options >
Advanced > Data Choices tab.

This is the data it collects if enabled.

<https://services.mozilla.com/healthreport/glossary.html>

If enabled, you can activate the Show Details button, to see what data
will be collected from your browser.

The Data Choices tab is also in Firefox 20.a2 aka Aurora, but FHR is not
included at this time.

I think it will be opt-in once it is finished.

I don't see any individual identity information in that glossary.

In case anyone is interested.

A few interesting bugs in that Meta bug report.

Here is one that caught my eye.

Still a work in progress.

I guess we shall have to wait on that new privacy policy mentioned in
that posted bug comment.

I have FHR enabled in my Nightly, but so far I get "We're still
gathering data on your browser's health. Stay tuned!" when I activate
"Show Nightly Report".
