What does webdev do? This is what we do!

So, with your help, I came up with a list of why we have a webdev group:

Cool! The next step in a systematic process of making things better is
to identify what we are currently doing, who owns it, how it helps, and
how it can be made better. We also could use a list of things we should
be doing too.

IMO an etherpad is a decent format for this, so I made one with some
preliminary notes, and a section at the bottom for stuff we're not doing
yet that you think we should:

(Relax! Once I'm happy with it I'll add it to the wiki under my talk
page or something so we don't lose it.)

So ya'll should throw your minds at that etherpad and make fill it with
useful thoughts and opinions! And if you want to have a discussion about
it, with like replies and threads and everything, bring it back to the
mailing list.

Do this one thing, and we may yet make it through this. OTHERWISE WE ARE
