Treeherder prod pushes

User facing Treeherder changes in yesterday's prod push:
* Log viewer: Log content is shown on initial pageload, rather than
requiring a click on a step/error to load it.
* Log viewer: Improved error messages for when the raw log has expired (ie
from ftp.mozilla.org).

Perfherder changes:
* Performance series summary is now filtered by platform, to improve
performance.
* There is now a link from the revision view to the compare view.

There were also some changes pushed on 6th Aug, which were missing from the
last email:
* Fix parsing of logs that contain unicode (this was causing error
summaries of Taskcluster logs to be missing in some cases)
* Log viewer: Fix angular template flicker
* Perfherder: Improved display of bar graphs
