Hi,

I am proposing few DESIGN changes in the *primary navbar *& *secondary
navbar for Mobile UI.* Please add any suggestions you want.

*Primary navbar:*

1. Left top (brand icon) will have Dropdown menu with "Treeherder" with
the default option and "Perfherder" as secondary option. same as Desktop
version
2. There will be a "Overflow menu button <http://ic8.link/3096>" on
Right top. On clicking on it, It opens up "bootstrap-menu" type dropdown
with options "Sheriffing", "Infra", "Repos", "Filters", "Help", "login".
3. 'Infra', 'Repos', 'Help' will have their sub-dropdown menus
4. 'Sheriffing', 'Filters' opens up a Dialog box or slides-down another
container. **suggestions needed in the behaviour here.*

*Secondary navbar:*

1. Left side have current repo name. ex: "Mozilla inbound",
"Mozilla-central"
2. A search icon on right which will expand on click.
3. All the filter options are removed in the mobile version due to space
constrains. **suggestions needed here*
